Delete your Leaguies account

How to delete your account and what happens to your data.

Delete it in the app (fastest)

1. Open the Leaguies app and sign in.
2. Open Me, then Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out on every device.

Cannot get into the app?

Email support@leaguies.app from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my Leaguies account”. We may reply to confirm it is you. We process requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in, profile, photo, and contact details.
• Your player profile, ratings you gave, notification settings, and device tokens.

What may be kept

• Chat messages you sent stay in their conversations; your account is removed from them.
• Registration answers and signed waivers stay with the organizer, unlinked from your profile.
• Analytics events are anonymized, then purged after 13 months.
• Match results and league standings you took part in, shown without your name, so other teams’ records stay correct.
• Records we must keep by law, such as payment records, for the period the law requires.
